Yoga and Pilates Classes
Most people are aware that exercise and fitness are integral components of a healthy lifestyle. With an emphasis on chiropractic care, we at CLC are particularly concerned with spinal health. Two critical components of a healthy spine are toned spinal muscles and joint mobility.
In our Movement Studio we are currently offering classes in Yoga (Hatha, Iyengar) and Pilates (Stott). Both of these exercise disciplines are particularly focused on core and back strengthening, posture and alignment, with the addition of mind/body awareness training. Our instructors are certified in their fields and bring many years of training to the studio, as well as a deep understanding of the connection between exercise, energy and health.
Ask our staff about dropping in for an individual class or signing up for a prepaid series. Yoga is taught in 8 week sessions. You have 3 months to complete the 8 classes so no need to be concerned if you miss a class. If you prepay for both Monday and Wednesday classes, you will receive a 10% discount on the 2nd session. Pilates is taught in 4 week sessions.
If you are new to yoga and/or Pilates or you aren't sure if you want to commit to regular class sessions, your first class is a "check it out" class. You can attend class and if it's not right for you, the class is free. If you like it and would like to continue, the class is considered the first class in the session.

Cost: $40 for 4 classes. Drop-ins welcome
