We remain committed to serving our community and caring for our patients during this challenging time. We are continuing to operate during our normal business hours and will update this message if anything changes.
Rest assured we are sanitizing the office at a very high level, all employees are required to self assess prior to coming to work daily & we are all limiting our own exposure outside the office. All providers and staff are required to wear masks and follow strict hygiene guidelines and we ask that our patients also wear masks and limit the number of people brought into the office.
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, or have had recent contact with anyone with these symptoms, please stay home and reschedule your appointment when you're feeling better:
• Fever (100.4° or higher) or a sense of having a fever,
• Cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat that you cannot attribute to another health condition.
• New muscle aches that you cannot attribute to another health condition or that may have been caused by a specific activity.
While in the waiting room, we ask that you leave the recommended 6 feet of space between you and other guests. The Governor's mandate is for masks to be worn inside the building.
Thank you for helping to keep everyone safe and healthy!
