Bare feet on the green Yoga mat

It is fairly obvious, when you think about it, that the position and comfort of your feet can have a huge impact on all other parts of the body. As the old song said, the ankle bone connected to the leg bone, the leg bone connected to the knee bone, the knee bone connected to the thigh bone and so on. Many of us spend hours a day on our feet in our favorite worn or uncomfortable shoes and then wonder why our backaches or we have a headache or we are exhausted at the end of the day. Looked at from that perspective, it seems clear that there could be a connection here.

One way of combating these issues which begin with our feet, is by wearing orthotic inserts in our shoes to help balance our weight and align our joints from the ground up.
